Our Largest Yurt
for Retreats, Events and Spacious Living
A 25 foot yurt gives around 46 square metres of circular floor space. It is the largest size in our range and suits projects that need a genuinely substantial interior.
This size works well for retreats, yoga, group work, events, studios, large guest accommodation and spacious living. It gives the most room we offer while retaining the open, centred feeling of a traditional yurt.
It is the size to consider when a 21, 22 or 24 foot yurt does not quite provide enough clear floor area for the intended use.
Like our other yurts, it is made with a natural chestnut frame, a handcrafted solid oak crown and carefully fitted covers.

Using a 25 Foot Yurt
The extra diameter makes the interior easier to arrange when the yurt needs to hold people, furniture, equipment or beds without closing down the centre.
For yoga and group work, it gives more room around mats and movement. For accommodation or living, it allows a more generous layout with areas for sleeping, sitting, storage and a stove.
It also works well for teaching, therapy, studio use and events where the yurt needs to accommodate a larger number of people comfortably.
Canvas-Only or Insulated
A 25 foot yurt can be made as a canvas-only yurt for simpler seasonal use.
For colder months, regular guest use, retreats or year-round living, it can be supplied as an insulated yurt with natural wool felt insulation, a fire-retardant inner liner and our double-canvas roof system.
Doors, windows and Glass Wall sections can also be added according to the setting and intended use.

25 Foot Yurt Dimensions
The 25 foot yurt is approximately 762 cm in diameter, with around 46 square metres of floor space.
It can seat approximately seventy people and sleep up to eleven people in simple use.
The total height is approximately 326 cm, with a wall height of around 155 cm.
Practical capacity depends on the furniture, beds, stove position, doors, windows and the amount of clear floor space required.

Choosing a 25 Foot Yurt
A 25 foot yurt makes sense when the structure is expected to work hard: larger groups, retreat use, events, guest accommodation or a complete living arrangement.
It requires a larger platform and more clear site access than the smaller sizes, but it provides the most flexible interior in our range.
